My parents are trying to sell their restaurant, house, and land. They want to sell it ASAP, but need a little help. It was already in an online ad, and is currently in the hands of a local real estate agent. It’s located in a country setting, and only 5 miles from a theme park and water park. My parents are getting older, and they want to sell so they can “retire.” I’m 21, my parents are in their 50s and 60s, and it would put my mind at ease knowing that their minds are at ease and don’t have to fuss with owning their own restaurant anymore. PLEASE, PLEASE, does anyone know a GREAT way to sell their estate so they can start a new and peaceful life?????
