Rear deck add on to the rear of a federation brick home with a vinyl clad extension previously done about 20 years ago.
The purpose of the deck was to provide a rear entertainment area…table and chairs sit down with barbeque yet in keeping with federation styling

Metal sub-floor used to achieve a higher level of floor trueness.
Prefab roof trusses used to speed construction.
External balustrade and trims all treated and pre-primed.
Skylight and downlights were installed to the ceiling.
